As a certified Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Mental Wellness Coach, Katy empowers women, men, and families to take control of their wellness through sustainable changes. Her coaching goes far beyond food—helping you balance blood sugar, reduce stress, and reclaim your confidence and vitality.
With 20+ years as a soccer trainer and a Master’s in Sports Science, Todd bridges elite performance and holistic health. He’s passionate about supporting young female athletes—teaching them how to fuel properly, recover fully, and grow into resilient, confident individuals.

Coach Todd has personally trained me for 3 years and has significantly helped to improve my game, and get me to where I am today. He always shows up on time for training with a personalized training plan. He listens to your goals and what you want to work on and strives to come up with training plans that would specifically improve those parts of your game. He incorporates various aspects of soccer into his trainings such as agility, thinking ahead, speed of play, and game-like situations. In addition to this, Todd is not only a soccer coach, but also a health coach. He has recommended multiple supplements to improve elite sport performance, and gives tips for diet before/after games. He is a very experienced and knowledgeable coach in all categories and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to improve their soccer skills and reach peak performance!
